After giving birth, probably the most ideal way for mothers to get back into shape and regain their fitness is to get a jogging stroller. A jogging stroller aka a jogger is a special type of stroller designed to enable safe jogging with the baby. With such a stroller, you can go for jogs in the morning or in the afternoon to get rid of any extra weight you may have gained during pregnancy.

Joggers usually come with big oversized wheels so they also generally handle most terrains better. So apart from being great for jogging, many parents living in areas with rough terrain also buy them to stroll on such terrain better.

The BOB Revolution Flex 2.0 was first released in the year 2014. Since that year, it has been one of the bestselling joggers on the market. BOB recently released the 3.0 version and it has also quickly gained popularity in the market. As someone who likes jogging, I wanted so bad to review both BOB Revolution strollers and to show the world what they offer and how they differ from one another.

Summary of the review

I really like joggers from BOB. This is because of many reasons but chief among them is that they are all designed to make jogging possible and very convenient for moms and dads with infant and toddler babies.

We all know it is not safe to go jogging with babies using standard strollers. This is because they are not safe. BOB jogging strollers, in contrast to standard strollers, are very safe to use for jogging. The BOB Revolution 2.0 and 3.0 are both well-made strollers with big inflatable wheels and suspension systems that enable them to handle rough surfaces very effortlessly. So jogging with your baby in either of them guarantees you that they won’t be hurt as you go over pavement cracks, bumps, or any other challenging terrain.

As anyone would expect, the BOB Revolution FLEX 3.0 is better than the 2.0 version. This is because it is the latest version with upgraded features. It has got big pneumatic wheels like the 2.0 version and a suspension system similar to that on decent mountain bikes. So it absorbs shocks and impacts better than the FLEX 2.0 version. In addition, it has several other attributes that make it far much better than its previous version.

A brief summary of the FLEX 3.0 and the 2.0

The BOB Revolution FLEX 3.0 is an upgrade of the FLEX 2.0. It is better than 2.0 because it includes several upgrades on the 2.0’s features. In summary, it has better storage space, it is more visible in darkness and semi-darkness, and its toddler seat is better ventilated to prevent overheating.

The FLEX 2.0 is the previous version of the 3.0. It is cheaper than the new model and it is an excellent jogger for beginners and for advanced joggers. It can handle virtually any terrain including beaches and wooded trails.

In this post, I will reveal to you the key differences between the Flex 2.0 and the Flex 3.0 strollers. By the end of it, you should be able to easily tell which between the two joggers is better for you.

A review of the features of the BOB FLEX 2.0 and the BOB FLEX 3.0

The best jogging stroller is that which is easy to use, safe, comfortable for the baby, and affordable. Going by these standards, both the Flex 2.0 and the Flex 3.0 can be regarded as the best jogging strollers. However, we cannot have two best jogging strollers. Surely, one of them has got to be better than the other, right? Of course! And this is why I decided to check how the key features of both strollers compare.

The strollers in question

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 seats

Both strollers have got very roomy and comfortable seats. What makes the seats comfortable is that they are well-padded. And this is very necessary considering that they are jogging strollers.

It is key to note that while both seats are quite similar, there is a slight difference. The seat on the new model (BOB FLEX 3.0) is a bit wider than that on the previous model. This makes it a bit more comfortable. The seat on the new model also has thicker padding than that on the previous model.

The BOB FLEX series seats

According to the manufacturer of both these joggers, you can start using them as soon as your baby hits two months. However, this is not something that I would recommend. I recommend waiting until the baby is around six or seven months old to start using either of these joggers. This is because at two months most babies still have a very delicate back and cannot sit upright. This coupled with the fact that seats on both these strollers cannot be reclined to a flat position means it is unsafe to use either of them to carry babies as young as two months.

Both seats can only recline three-quarters of the way to the horizontal position. The meaning of this is that they cannot be put in the flat position which is the safest for babies with delicate and still developing backs and necks.

I recommend starting to use either of these strollers from when your baby turns six or seven months because, at this age, he or she will be old enough. His or her neck and back will be strong enough and they should be in a position to sit upright by themselves. Thus, carrying them in a jogging stroller is no longer dangerous.

So the fact that both these seats do not recline to the flat position is not a good thing and means you cannot use either stroller from birth. However, on a more positive note, the fact that both seats can recline some distance means that you can adjust whichever of them you are using to make it comfortable for your baby to nap on.

It is very easy to recline either seat and you can do it using just one hand. However, you will need both hands to lift either seat back into position.

The best thing about the FLEX 3.0 seat is that it has an amazing maximum weight capacity of 75 pounds. And an equally impressive height limit. Simply put, this seat’s high maximum weight capacity and its tall height make it perfect for use until the baby turns five or even six years old. So you can use the FLEX 3.0 for a really long time because of the design of its seat.

The padding style on the BOB FLEX 3.0 seat is special. It is special in the sense that it feels springy and will absorb shocks and bumps when you are traveling over difficult trails and paths. It is also special in the sense that it is breathable and, therefore, does not overheat or get sweaty.

The seat on the BOB FLEX 3.0 is taller, wider, more comfy, and less sweaty.

The seat comes with a convenient leg rest. However, it is non-adjustable. This means it will only be more convenient for your kid from when he or she is around 1 or 1.5 years old.

One thing you may not like about this seat is that it is unpadded in between the leg rest and the seat itself. This, however, is not a deal-breaker because you can cover it with a cloth. I kind of expected this area to be padded in this new model because the old model was the same but it was not. However, as I have said, it is not a big issue. It is just something you need to know.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 car seat compatibility

The BOB FLEX 3.0, just like the 2.0, is compatible with many infant car seats. This means you can convert it into a travel system by simply getting a compatible infant car seat.

The jogger is compatible with the car seats from the most popular car seat brands on the market.

Both strollers are compatible with many baby car seats

Both of these strollers are compatible with many infant car seats as mentioned above. This means that you can use either of them from birth since infant car seats give even small babies the protection they need. However, even with this said, I still recommend not going for a stroll or jog with a baby who is under six or seven months. His or her body will be too delicate and the risk of injury will be too high in my opinion. If you think your young baby is strong enough and you really want to go for a jog with him or her, I would advise you to talk to a pediatrician. Ask them for their advice and follow it strictly.

The BOB FLEX 3.0 is compatible with many baby car seats including car seats from Peg Perego, Nuna, Maxi Cosi, Graco, Cybex, Chicco, and BOB/ BRITAX. When getting an infant car seat for your BOB FLEX jogger, do not forget to also get a suitable adapter. This is because you will need it to fix the seat on the stroller. There are many compatible adapters for BOB joggers available on Amazon.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 canopies

All BOB REVOLUTION FLEX strollers have got a massive oversize canopy that can be extended even further. This is one of the things that makes them stand out in the market. The massive canopy, for example on the BOB FLEX 2.0, can be extended to extend its shade up to the baby’s knees. This means that when the baby is in this jogger, they will be fully protected from the sun and they will also enjoy protection from strong winds.

The canopies on the two strollers

The canopy on the 3.0 version is as big as that on the 2.0 version. However, one of the main differences is that it is made of a special material that provides a great shade plus protection from harmful UV rays.

Both canopies have a viewing window on top. The viewing window is for monitoring the baby from behind the jogger. This feature means that there is no need to wonder what your baby is doing or to go around the jogger to see your baby when pushing the 2.0 or the 3.0. To monitor them constantly when strolling or jogging, simply open the viewing window and leave it open.

Despite the canopy on both strollers have decent-size viewing windows, the windows are slightly different. They are slightly different in the way they close. The previous model, the 2.0 model, has a Velcro closure. This is a bit noisy and can wake up a napping infant when being opened. In contrast, the new model has a magnetic closure. This is totally silent and does not disturb a napping infant when being opened. Between the two closures, I would recommend the second one on the new model.

The viewing window on both canopies

One of the things that is most impressive to me about the viewing window on the BOB FLEX 2.0 is its placement. It is placed at the very top of the canopy – most viewing windows are placed at the rear of the canopy instead of on top. The fact that this canopy’s viewing window is placed at the very top means that it allows for chatting if the baby is awake as the baby will also be able to see you and turn and talk to you. The viewing window on the BOB FLEX 3.0 is also conveniently placed right at the top of the canopy.

One more thing I need to mention is that the canopy on the BOB FLEX 2.0, same as that on the 3.0, can be folded back to provide the baby with a wider view of their surroundings.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 handlebars

In my opinion, every jogging stroller should have a handlebar that is adjustable. This is because parents need to be able to set the handlebar at just the perfect height for them to conveniently push the stroller while jogging. An adjustable handlebar is also important for couples with a height difference. It allows each parent to set the handlebar at the height that they feel is perfect for them.

There are two common types of adjustable handlebars – the rotating handlebar and the telescoping handlebar. The BOB Revolution Flex 2.0 has a rotating handlebar. The 3.0 version also has a rotating handlebar. Both handlebars have nine different height settings. This means that whether you are tall or of average height, you can adjust the handlebar on your BOB Revolution FLEX jogger to just the perfect height for you to push it.

The rotating handlebar found on both the 2.0 and the 3.0

What is most impressive about the rotating handlebar found on both strollers is its range of adjustability. The handlebar can be adjusted from a height of just 34.8 inches from the ground to a height of 48 inches from the ground.

It is also key to note that the handlebar is quite ergonomic and very well-padded to reduce wrist fatigue especially during extended strolls or jogging sessions.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 frames

The frame on the 2.0 is very robust. This is expected because the stroller, after all, is a jogging stroller. It is made of tough but light aluminum just like the frame on most bikes.

The frame on the 3.0 model is also made of aluminum. However, in my opinion, the construction of the 3.0 frame is superior to that of the 2.0 frame. The latest frame is also more sleek and trendy.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 wheels

The BOB FLEX 3.0 is a jogging stroller. This means it is designed for jogging. Like all other strollers designed for jogging, it is made in such a way that it can handle most terrain. It has a three-wheel design. The front wheel is 12.5-inch in diameter, while the rear wheels are bigger at 16-inch in diameter. In other words, what am trying to say is that it has big wheels. And all the wheels are air-filled for shock-absorption and for the comfort of the baby. The design and size of the wheels on the 2.0 is the same as that on the 3.0.

The design and size of the wheels

The fact that both these strollers have bigger rear wheels than their front wheels means that they are more stable. It also means that the risk of them tipping over is greatly reduced. While the fact that the front wheel is smaller means it is easier to maneuver. The small front wheel can also swivel. This plus its size makes it easy to steer and maneuver especially in tight places. Therefore, compared to strollers such as Thule Glide and BOB Ironman that do not have swiveling front wheels, the FLEX 2.0 and 3.0 strollers are easier to steer especially in crowded places and in places with tight corners.

The front wheel of the FLEX 3.0 can be locked and prevented from swiveling. This is nice because it means that in situations when you need more stability and less maneuverability, you can simply lock the front wheel to make the stroller more stable and less likely to turn. The front wheel on the BOB FLEX 2.0 can also be locked for stability.

The front wheel can swivel and it can also be locked

The wheels on all BOB Revolution Flex strollers are made of a special polymer material. The material can handle difficult terrain such as city pavements, nature trails, and sandy beaches better.

As mentioned, the tires on both the BOB Revolution Flex 2.0 and 3.0 are air-filled. This means they can absorb impact better and that they provide a smooth ride since they act as shock absorbers.

The one thing you may not like about these tires being air-filled is that it means you have to maintain them regularly. Part of the maintenance is to inflate them regularly.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 suspension system

The BOB Revolution FLEX 2.0 has a special suspension system. This suspension system is just like that one you will see on mountain bikes. It makes rides much smoother for the baby. It also makes pushing the stroller much easier for the parent. This suspension system is one of the things I liked a lot about the 2.0 and I am happy that the manufacturer did not change it on the latest model.

The suspension system works by soaking impacts through the rear wheels. This will protect your baby. It also simultaneously reduces the shock felt through the handlebar, thereby improving the steering or maneuvering experience.

The 3.0 and the 2.0 have the same type of suspension system

The suspension system can be weight-adjusted to make it more comfortable for babies of different weights. Not many strollers have suspension systems let alone weight-adjustable suspension systems for making rides more comfortable and maneuverability better. This suspension system is one of the things that separates BOB Revolution FLEX jogging stroller from other jogging strollers available on the market.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 safety features

With regards to the safety features, both the 3.0 and the 2.0 have got basics. They both have a five-point harness to secure the baby on the seat. They both have a foot-operated parking brake to prevent the stroller from rolling away when parked. And they both have a wrist strap that reduces the likelihood of the parent losing total control of the handlebar.

One safety feature I would have liked to see on the BOB Revolution FLEX 3.0 is hand-operated speed brake. This is a very important feature, especially on joggers. This is because most joggers are driven fast and, therefore, having a hand-operated brake for controlling speed is essential. Nevertheless, if you are not going to be running down hilly areas then you do not really need a speed brake. The wrist strap will be enough for you.

The harness

As mentioned, both the 3.0 and the 2.0 come with a safety harness. The harness is a special five-point harness to totally secure the baby’s upper body and lower body. With your baby secured in the harness, they are unlikely to crawl out of the seat or to fly out of the seat in case of a sudden stop or a crash. So it is a very protective harness.

Both seats have got a special 5-point safety harness to secure the baby

The fact that the safety harness on the 3.0 and on the 2.0 is a five-point harness is very nice. This is because the harness is more protective than the traditional three-point harness.

Moreover, it is also important to note that the harness on both strollers has the no-thread design. You will find this design to be very convenient as your baby grows.

The parking brake

Both the 3.0 and the 2.0 have the same type of brake. The brake is a foot-operated parking brake. It is located in the middle of the axle and it is quite easy to use.

The best thing about it is that it is quite different from the traditional type of foot-operated parking brake. It is different in the sense that you can engage it or disengage it using the bottom and not the top of your foot. This means that you can activate it or deactivate it while wearing any type of shoe and without hurting the top of the foot you use.

The convenient parking brake on the 3.0 and the 2.0

The fact that both the BOB FLEX 2.0 and the 3.0 have got a parking brake that can be applied while wearing any type of shoe is very convenient. It means you do not have to think a lot about what you need to have on your feet when going out for a stroll with your baby.

As mentioned above, this is a parking brake. It is not a speed brake or stopping brake and you should, therefore, not use it as such. The work of the brake is to immobilize the stroller and prevent it from rolling away which can be dangerous.

The wrist strap

Both the 3.0 and the 2.0 come with a wrist strap on their handlebars. The wrist strap is very important for control and is essential considering the fact that both these strollers do not come with a stopping brake.

The wrist strap

It is very important to attach the wrist strap on your wrist when strolling with or jogging with either the 2.0 or the 3.0. This is because the strap will ensure the stroller always stays tethered to you. So in case you get distracted in town or while doing something, the stroller cannot get away from you. However, you must keep in mind that having this strap around your wrist is not enough. You must still exercise caution when using either the 2.0 or the 3.0.

The wrist strap on both strollers comes with a buckle. The buckle is for locking the buggy when you fold it.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 storage spaces

All BOB FLEX strollers have got ample storage and the 3.0 and the 2.0 are not exceptions.

The BOB Revolution 3.0 has got more storage space compared to the 2.0

The 2.0 has got a decent storage basket underneath the main seat. The basket is big enough to accommodate a sizeable diaper bag and maybe a light blanket. In addition to the storage basket, the 2.0 comes with three storage pockets. Two of the storage pockets are located inside the seat. You can use them to hold toys, a Sippy cup, and maybe snacks for your baby. The third storage pocket is located behind the seat. You are supposed to use it to hold your essentials – things like your smartphone, your keys, and your wallet.

BOB Revolution FLEX 3.0 has 3 additional pockets which may even serve you as a parent organizerThe storage pockets on the 3.0

The BOB Revolution 3.0 has got more storage space compared to the 2.0. It has a bigger storage basket and it comes with six additional storage pockets. There are two pockets inside the seat for the baby’s things, three pockets behind the seat for you, and one dedicated storage pocket for your phone to protect it.

The fact that the 3.0 has got a bigger storage basket and more storage pockets means you can use it to carry everything you need even for a long day trip. You can even use it to carry a little bit of shopping.

The storage basket on the 3.0 can carry a big diaper bag or shopping

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 weight, size, and folding

Like most jogging strollers, the BOB FLEX 2.0 and 3.0 are heavy and somewhat bulky. This is because they are big strollers featuring a heavy and robust frame.

In terms of height, both strollers measure 48 inches from the ground. In terms width, the 3.0 is slightly narrow compared to the 2.0 at 25.4 inches from wheel to wheel.

When folded, both buggies measure 39 inches in length and 16 inches in height. They can be made smaller and more compact by removing the wheels (both measure 35 inches in length and 10 inches in height without wheels).

The 2.0 in the folded state

As I have mentioned, both these strollers are heavy and bulky. They are also wider than ordinary strollers. However, they are not extremely wide. They can still be used for neighborhood and park strolls. They may not easily negotiate tight corners but they can still work just fine for strolling. They are best suited for jogging in the outdoors.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 folding

Both these strollers are easy to fold. They have the same folding mechanism. To fold either of them, you need to do two things. First, you need to set the suspension to position one. Second, you need to squeeze the two levers underneath the handlebar and to push it (the handlebar) forward. If you have done these two steps correctly, the handlebar should readily move forward and lie next to the forward wheel.

After doing this, you simply need to find and pull the handle underneath the toddler seat. This will fold the stroller into two. The only thing you need to do now is to lock your stroller into place using the buckle on the wrist strap.

When you fold the 3.0 correctly, you should be able to carry it easily in your car trunk. If the folded 3.0 cannot fit in your car trunk, you should remove its wheels to make it even more compact. And if you think it will take you are a lot of time to remove or reassemble the wheels then you are wrong. This is because the wheels can be removed and put back in place easily and without the use of any tool. The manufacturer really deserves praise for making these wheels so easy to remove and to put back on.

Unfolding both strollers is also a breeze. You simply need to unbuckle the locking strap, to lift the handle under the seat, and to open the frame using the handlebar. Make sure you open the frame until it makes a snapping sound. The sound is what will tell you the stroller is fully open and safe to use.

I know it may sound like folding or opening either of these strollers is a lot of work but it is not. It is something that is easy to do and that you will get used to pretty quickly.

BOB REVOLUTION FLEX 3.0 and 2.0 performance and ease of use

In my opinion, both the 3.0 and the 2.0 models are easy to use and easy to operate. They are also both easy to recline and have a parking brake design that is a breeze to activate and to deactivate.

Compared to the 2.0, the 3.0 is much easier and much more convenient to operate. The 3.0 is similar to the 2.0 in many ways but it also has many improvements. It is these improvements that make it easier and more convenient to operate.

For instance, it has got a toddler seat that is much more comfortable. This is because it has thicker padding on it. It also has got a canopy that extends more and offers more protection compared to the canopy on the BOB FLEX 2.0.

The 3.0 is also easier and more convenient to operate in the sense that it has a viewing window with a silent magnetic closure and not a noisy Velcro closure like the 2.0. So opening its viewing window is less likely to disturb the baby.

I cannot also forget to mention the fact that the 3.0 has got more storage space than the 2.0. The extra storage space means it can accommodate much more stuff than then 2.0.

So in terms of ease of use and convenience, the 3.0 is definitely a class above the 2.0. However, in terms of performance, the two strollers kind of perform the same. This is because they both have the same wheel number, design, size, and suspension system. So they both move smoothly when strolling or jogging. So whether you buy the 2.0 or the 3.0, you will get the same level of good performance.

The biggest issue you will experience with either stroller is the lack of a stopping hand-operated brake. Considering that both are jogging strollers, I think it was a major oversight by the manufacturer not to include a hand-operated control brake in the 2.0 or the successor model. However, to compensate for the lack of stopping brake, the manufacturer included a wrist strap in both strollers. It is a nice safety feature that will keep the stroller tethered to you at all times.

Nevertheless, the fact that both strollers do not have a stopping brake means you must exercise caution when using them, especially when going downhill. If you live in a hilly area, I think it is much more advisable to ignore these two strollers and to go for the BOB Revolution PRO, which has a stopping brake.

Both strollers are easy to fold and to unfold. And I think this is nice because they are big and bulky and difficult to put in the trunk or to carry when unfolded.

All in all, both jogging strollers are amazing machines. The biggest difference between them is that the 3.0 is more convenient to use than the 2.0.

What other moms and dads say about the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 and the 2.0

It is often more difficult to select a jogger than to select a standard stroller. This is because there are usually many more things to consider. As usual, before writing this post, I checked out the reviews customers had left for the Flex 3.0 and the 2.0. From this activity, I found out that both strollers were pretty popular with moms and dads. I found out that the two strollers are among the best-rated joggers available online. So what is it that moms and dads love and hate about these two joggers? Well, read on below.

The 3.0 is more expensive than the 2.0. Despite this fact, it is a stroller than many parents really like. One of the things that parents like a lot about it and about the 2.0 is how smooth it rides. The smooth-riding is thanks to the big air-filled wheels and the suspension on both strollers. The fact that the front wheel can swivel is also something that many parents like on both strollers. Many parents wrote in the reviews that the swiveling front wheel makes it easy for them to use the 3.0 as an everyday stroller. Many parents also said the same about the swiveling front wheel of the 2.0.

Many parents, in the reviews, were very happy with how brilliantly the 3.0 can handle most outdoor terrain. Many say the 3.0 can handle tall grass, beach sand, and even snow very easily. They say it pushes and rides so smoothly when jogging that they can even push it with one hand. The same is said by parents about the 2.0.

Among the reviews I read, I also saw parents saying they really liked the suspension system fitted on the 3.0. Similarly, in the reviews for the 2.0, parents also had very nice things to say about the suspension system.

Moms and dads also mentioned that they liked the robustness of the frame of the 3.0 in the reviews left for the product. Similarly, the robustness of 2.0’s frame was also praised in the reviews left for the product.

Something else that parents really like about the 3.0 is how massive its canopy is. They really think the manufacturer did a good job with the canopy in making it big and spacious. They also love how ventilated it is. Many, in the reviews, say that the ventilation keeps their babies cool during hot summer days. Similarly, parents also like the oversized canopy on the 2.0. However, while I did not see any negative reviews about 3.0’s canopy, there were some parents who were not impressed by the fact that 2.0’s canopy has a viewing window with a Velcro closure. They wrote that they were not impressed because the closure is somewhat noisy.

Other things that parents said they liked about both strollers include the storage, the adjustable handlebars, and the brake pedal. About the brake pedal, parents said they were impressed by the fact that they could engage it or lift it without hurting their feet.

Some of the things that parents said they did not like about the BOB FLEX 3.0 include the lack of a stopping brake, the bulkiness, and the lack of a cup or beverage holder. In the reviews left for the BOB FLEX 2.0, parents complained about the very same thing in one way or another.

The fact that both strollers are heavy and bulky is not really on the manufacturer. This is because manufacturers have to make joggers robust and strong to prevent them from failing. This is why most joggers on the market are bulky and heavy. However, I must mention that while both the 2.0 and the 3.0 are bulky and heavy, they can fold into very compact units.

BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 and the 2.0 available colors

Both of these strollers are available in amazing colors. However, in my opinion, the 3.0 has more modern and exciting colors compared to the 2.0. The colors include lunar black, Sedona, graphite black, and glacier blue.

 The available 3.0 colors

All the colors available look fantastic. The one you choose is a matter of your personal preference. However, if you like jogging at dusk or early morning, you should strongly consider getting the Lunar Black. It is the last one in the images above. You should get it because it is very reflective and it catches light really well. So it will make you, your jogger and your baby very visible to motorists in low light.

The older model, the 2.0, is available in five colors. Its colors also look fantastic and they include Red, Meadow, Canyon, Lagoon, and Black. Keep in mind that the prices for the different color models vary. Also keep in mind the fact that since the 3.0 was introduced, the prices of 2.0 color models have generally gone down.

The available 2.0 colors. Some colors may not be available in the future

A quick summary of the review

BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 and the 2.0 accessories

Despite both of these strollers being very pricey, they do not come with several accessories. You have to buy the accessories separately. In the table below I have described some of the accessories for BOB FLEX joggers that are sold separately.

This is the BOB handlebar parent organizer or handlebar console. It is not a very necessary accessory because both strollers have many pockets/ pouches but you will find it useful if you want a cup or beverage holder. It is made in such a way that it is super easy to fix on the handlebar. See the best price here
This is the BOB child tray or snack tray. You will find it useful if you want something that will hold your baby’s snacks and Sippy cup right in front of them. It is very easy to attach to BOB FLEX strollers and to remove.
This is the BOB weather shield. You should get it if you live in an area where it rains or snows frequently as it will help to keep your baby dry and warm inside the canopy.
This is an example of a BOB car seat adapter. You have to buy one if you intend to convert either the BOB FLEX 3.0 or 2.0 into a travel system. With a compatible car seat adapter, you can attach a Peg Perego, a Graco, a Chicco, a Britax, a Maxi Cosi, a Nuna, or a Cybex infant car seat to the 3.0 or the 2.0.
This is the BOB travel bag. You should buy it if you travel frequently. This is because you can store a folded 3.0 or 2.0 inside it and use it to carry either stroller to wherever you are going. You can also use it to store either stroller.

What to consider before buying either the 2.0 or the 3.0 BOB FLEX

It is recommended that you start using either stroller only when your baby hits six months. So these are not strollers you can use directly from birth. However, with the use of a compatible infant car seat, you can still use either stroller to carry your newborn baby. Nevertheless, you should never go jogging with a baby who is younger than six months regardless of whether you are carrying them on a toddler seat or an infant car seat. This is because babies younger than six months still have delicate necks and backs and can, therefore, be injured during jogging.

Why buy the BOB FLEX 3.0

  1. It is a very flexible stroller that can handle virtually all types of terrain.
  2. It rides smooth and protects the baby well from shocks and bumps when jogging.
  3. It is a high quality, durable, and well-made stroller that will serve you and your baby for a long time.
